This gorgeous light filled 1 Bed/1 Bath apartment (with private entrance) in the historic Dupont neighborhood is perfect for a tour in our Nations capital!

There is a full daybed with a foam mattress in the main room. In the bedroom you can find both a queen bed and a professional table. All the sheets, towels, and supplies you need are already here so you don’t need to bring linens or lotion. The front outdoor patio serves as an additional space to relax and unwind.

The bathroom has a bathtub and shower with a modern glass sliding barn door.  You can pack light because you can expect there to always be shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as a hair drier.

The kitchen includes an in-unit washer & drier and has all the supplies you need to cook for yourself but this place is walkable AF so you can enjoy all the cutest cafes, high end gyms, day spas and an ample variety of great restaurants just down the street

Cancellation Policy
– If you cancel within 24 hours of booking you can receive a full refund minus the payment processing fees.

– Cancellations 2 or more weeks out from your original check in date can be refunded 75%
