Becoming a host is by personal invitation only. Each application will be thoroughly reviewed by our team.

Want to become a host and list your properties? Please reach out and make sure to include the following in your email:

Your name and rental location
Give a description of your rental.
Have you used your space for sessions before?
Start date
How did you hear about us
Confirm that you have read the agreements and requirements listed below.

What you need to know

TourSimple Agreements

As Host:

I agree that I will be available for correspondence with my guests during their stay
I agree that the space will be professionally (or the equivalent) cleaned before each guest arrives
I agree I am responsible for keeping my space clean and stocked with supplies for my guest.
I understand TourSimple is simply a platform for me to manage bookings.
I agree that TourSimple is NOT responsible for my space or what happens or does not happen in my space

Property Requirements

Each property listed on TourSimple is required to have the following available for guests:

Private session space
Functioning massage table with head rest
At least 6 sets of linens for massage table (bottom sheet,headrest cover, pillow case)
Pillow for massage table
At least 6 towels
A bed
Washer and dryer available in unit or building (must specify)
Bathroom with shower and body wash
Soft lighting option
Lotion and/or oil
Clear written instructions for how to arrive at and use the space
Access to a kitchen
