If you cancel within 24 hours of booking you can receive a full refund minus the payment processing fees.

Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date will not be refunded.

Cancelations 2 or more weeks out from your original check in date can be refunded 75% provided another guest is able to book your dates. We will do our best to find a replacement guest for your cancelled dates but we cannot insure this.
